It is the companies Stoneweg and Urbania that plan to build three large towers of 28, 30 and 32 floors with a total of 528 apartments. It is about the land that was previously owned by Repsol and that the municipality of Malaga has put it up for sale via a public auction. The two companies have presented their projects and in the very near future the Malaga City Council will hopefully give their final decision on whether Stoneweg and Urbania will be given responsibility for this giant project.

The two companies have presented their projects together with well-known architectural firms. Stoneweg is working with architects Rafael Moneo and José Seguí, and Urbania has chosen BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), Toyo Ito and Morph to each design one of the three towers.
