In the first quarter of 2022, more were sold than in a very long time. With over 10,000 property transfers, it was the highest figure since 2007. That's an increase of more than 50% compared to the first quarter of 2021 and the foreign buyers are coming back to account for almost 35 percent of all deals during the period. Prices have also started to rise significantly. There is talk of an increase of over 8 percent. It is therefore high time to realize the dream of living and living on the Costa del Sol.
